Perfect Little Prince.

I loved you with all my heart and soul.

Today we had to take Indie to the emergency Veterinary clinic because he wasn't breathing very well, or eating, drinking or going to the bathroom.
A little while after the doctors took a look at him they came out and told us that his heart was failing, that he had heart disease, and his lungs were filling with liquid.
He couldn't even stand up.
After she explained to us that the prognosis was a bad one and we decided that he shouldn't have to suffer anymore.
There was no cure for his heart.
We let him go.
He was a very wonderful companion, and I am so lucky that he was a part of my life, even if it was only for 5 years.
He had been sick for a little while and just when we thought he was getting better, he got worse again. Over and Over.
The vet told us we were doing everything right, and that this was unavoidable.

I'm hurting so bad. He was my little prince. A perfect little kitty. With such a unique personality.
He was so loving, sociable, he knew how to communicate so well.
He was sneaky, plotting all the time. Only to jump out from behind a door, swat your leg and run away.
I know what we did was right. But I'm going to miss him incredibly. I already do as I am laying in bed and he's not here with me, purring.
I know things will get better. But he was such a big part of my life, and was ripped from me so suddenly.
